		<description>I agree totally with you dude. Love all the points. Almost like what I follow too, but I also have a cup of something next to me. Personal favourite is a cup of chinese/green tea.
The last point is a strict rule that I should enforce in my team. People should acknowledge the &quot;Busy&quot; status on all messenger clients too. =)</description>
